お客様が毎日、当社器械を利用される際にお役にたつ、正しい使い方や、日々のメンテナンス方法を、動画や画像を使って説明します。
トラブル発生時の器械や事象毎の対処方法を動画や画像にまとめています。これをご覧になり、お客様ご自身により対処ができましたら、患者様にご迷惑をおかけすることなく診療を継続することができます。
万が一、ご自身で対応できない場合には、「うまくいかないとき」ボタンを押すと、弊社サービスマンが故障や不具合を的確に診断するための写真の撮影方法や、異音の録音方法を本アプリがガイダンスします。この情報を、アプリからいち早く、サービスマンに送ることで、現地に向かう前に様々な復旧のための準備が可能となり、早期の復旧を実現します。
また、この情報には、設備の位置情報を追加することができます。これにより、弊社サービスマンが迅速に障害現場に向かうことができます。

This SDmedical application provides useful information for the clinics and dentists nationwide using equipments produced by SD Medical K.K..

The information is about guidance on proper daily care of instruments and about early recovery in case of trouble.

This application explains the proper usage and the daily maintenance method by using videos and images.

The workaround how to deal with events are summarized per instruments and trouble types in videos and images.

If the dentists or staffs in dental clinic can deal with those events using information provided by this application, they can resume dental treatment without inconvenienceing patients.

When users face to event that they can not handle by themselves, they can tap the "does not do well" button.

Then this application guides users what kind of photos or sounds they should take so that our service technical team can accurately diagnose malfunctions and conditions.

By letting our service technician know this information from the application as soon as possible before heading to the site.

They will be able to diagnose the situation and prepare for it.

And it will make event early recovery.

Also, you can add location of the facility to this information.

By doing this, our service technician can quickly head towards the site.
